Dakar — Sudan and the Republic of Cape Verde signed Monday in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, an agreement on establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries at the ambassadors level.
Sudan’s Ambassador to Senegal, Khalid Mohamed Farah, signed for Sudan and the Cape Verde ambassador to Dakar signed for his country.
Sudan has nominated its ambassador to Dakar to be Ambassador and Plenipotentiary to Cape Verde, resident in Dakar.
