The fraud case against businessman Yagnesh Devani and four others will be heard between 1st and 3rd of August.
Chief magistrate Gilbert Mutembei set the hearing dates after prosecution asked for 30 days to produce documents requested by the defense. Devani was arrested yesterday in the UK and may be extradited to face the 7.6 billion shilling Triton oil fraud charges in Kenyan courts.
His arrest warrant was issued two years ago by Nairobi Chief Magistrate Gilbert Mutembei.
