Dhobley — The militiamen of Raskambooni group on Monday threatened that they will dislodge Al shabaab from the regions of Lower Jubba and Middle Jubba.
The spokesman of Raskambooni, Abdinasir Seyrar said in an interview with Shabelle Media Network that their fighters and Al shabaab have clashed in the village Haawina, about 40 km east of Dhboley border town on Sunday night.
He said that there are no casualties in their side during the confrontations, adding that
Asked about if Al shabaab had imposed a blockade on Dhobley town, Mr. Sayrar ruled out the accuracy of that report.
However, overnight’s fighting in the village of Haawina in Lower Jubba region in southern Somalia left at least 7 dead.
Clam reportedly returned to the village after combat as it had fallen into the hands of Raskamboni.
