Khartoum — The National Unity Parties’ Council has condemned the SPLA attack on the Armed Forces and integrated forces as irresponsibleIn a statement issued Sunday, the council said that the hands which sought south Sudan secession are the same hands which are now seeking ignition of war and disruption of peace through penetrations and unjustifiable military escalations.
The council called on Sudan government and the Government of south Sudan to resort to wisdom to avoid war and to complete the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement. The council also called on the international community to live up to its role as stated in the items of the peace agreement.
