Therefore when last two weeks during the programme on Tv3 on Saturday evening where the leading actress was missing in action bringing on board the executive producer Deloris Frimpong herself on the show, fans read meanings into her absence.
There were a good number of people who felt Afia`s absence is a clear sabotage from her boss may be due to the hype she was getting ahead of Delay. The dust was not settled when on TV3`s “Hot Gossip” Baby Dapaah reported an allegation that Afia has been taken off the show because of what she terms a girl-girl relationship Delay and Mimi has started.
As much news reporters wanted to get to the bottom of the story, Delay was reluctant to speak on the issue when she was contacted last week. This pushed reporters to look at all angles to have a word with Afia Schwarzeneger so she could reveal the happenings on the ground to her fans.
During a phone chat with her last week Friday, she revealed that there is no problem between herself and Delay as people are speculating and that she will bounce back in the shortest possible time to star in the series which is still running on Tv3. Afia denied vehemently all the allegations making rounds in the media circles adding that the best of her is yet to be seen in the series. This writer can also authoritatively report that he watched Afia Schwarzeneger last Saturday and saw Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa aka Afia doing her own thing in the series.
It was last week that fans of two gospel artistes Gifty Osei and Cecilia Marfo bashed them for featuring in Afia Schwarzeneger describing the TV series as a worldly show not fit for gospel artistes. Flex newspaper therefore wants to put on record that fans of Afia Schwarzeneger can now watch her every Saturday on TV3 saying “Na adzen” when things go wrong for her.
