With five teams still fighting to save themselves from relegation with only one game to go, the last day of the Premier League season is going to be all about the fight at the bottom of the table.

Blackburn, Wolves, Birmingham, Blackpool and Wigan are all within a fighting chance of saving themselves from the dreaded drop but with so many possibilities on a day that’s sure to have it’s twists and turns, the fate of each side could come down to as little as goal difference – remarkable considering that this battle began all the way back in August.

The question is now who will be joining West Ham, who were relegated last weekend, in the Championship next season.

Here’s how the table looks going into the final day:
