Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Set goals, guide and motivate staff to perform well
• Implement Board Policies and decisions
• Initiate meaningful changes in the company and take steps to improve upon performance
• Any other responsibilities which the Board will assign the Manager from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

The candidate must have:

• A relevant degree from a recognised University
• A professional qualification such as ACIB, ICA, ACCA, CIMA finals
• Seven, years banking experience, Five (5) years of which should have been in a Senior Management position
• Good Interpersonal skills and ability to achieve objectives without affecting relationships
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Working knowledge of ICT
