It’s Game Time for Divas in the Amplified House

Zambia’s Kim seems to have overcome the shocks of her nominations and has continued with her normal lifestyle without losing her mind.

Kim seems to have sobered up from the nomination shock and playing the game smartly contrary to what she said after the nominations that it was time for her to drink and it is up to Zambia to serve her.

For sure, many would have done that but thanks to Kim’s quick realisation that that would have done her more harm than good. In fact, Kim was the first to overcome the shocks of the nominations save for Luclay who knew about it that very morning Biggie announced it to him.

Tuesday night showed Kim in her usual self free spirited mood and playing it close with Nic. The two seem to have a special bond but some unclear matter continue to loom between their relationship. Kim seems to know what she needs and is serious about it while it is surely difficult if not imposable to trust Nic.

Kim and Nic were in each other’s arms where a romantic talk was recorded between the two. This is one of the relationships that seem to be growing in the Tails house and viewers would want to keep the players for more drama in the Amplified house.

It is happening and more Zambians are now alive and awake to the fact that their envoys’ heads are on the chopping board and the power to serve them is purely in their hands.

Some enthusiasts spoken to say they have not taken kindly Miss P’s decision and are planning on revenge. One wonders how. They say this clearly shows how rampant the pull her down syndrome is among women and that it will be difficult for them as women to ascend to high positions of decision making with such an attitude.

“Miss P would have at least swapped a woman with a man… maybe it is because she has got no market in the house…. she is stranded and no guy seems interested in her so she wants to get rid of fellow women so that she may be considered by a guy but it will not work,” said a visibly angered Mather Mulunda of Lusaka.

And more solidarity strip messages asking South Africa to vote for the Zambian divas seem to continue flowing though it is surely a very tight and amplified contest between the two countries. South Africa would beat Zambia on percentage of votes but looking at the entire African region, the Zambians seem to be in good hands.

Countries that are likely to back Zambia in this dramatic Sunday’s highly anticipated live show may include Malawi, Angola, Mozambique, Uganda and Zimbabwe. With enough votes from Zambia, in case of a tie the best can only be hoped for.

Agony is with Mumba who does not have a slightest idea of what Miss P did on Monday evening and has continued to carry on with her less active lifestyle free of pretence. Perhaps this is what has made her win kudos in the past from her fellow housemates.

Looking at Mumba’s situation from a different angle, she has an advantaged for she will play the game the way she has planned to. Should she survive this Sunday’s elimination, then she is destined for higher heights.

Anywhere away from the Zambian divas, Tuesday had less drama to write about in both houses. Maybe it was because of the somewhat tedious clown attire the housemates were subjected to for the whole day. The housemates told Big Brother during their chat session that they were not enjoying their day with the attire and the task that went alongside it.

But not all because Mozambique’s Michael found it as great fan and exiting though he told Biggie that it was because he likes challenges that he found the task interesting.

Apparently both houses have wagered their tasks at 75 per cent but as usual the Heads seem more serious than the Tails and might again win their wager. Last time the heads settled for a 50 per cent wager which worked out well for them as opposed to their friends in the Tails who overrated themselves by daring a 100 per cent wager and lost.

This time around, the Heads seem to have grown in confidence such that they can even push their wager a little higher than the last time while the Tails seem to have leant their lesson the hard way and have this time put themselves where they belong though it still seems that they still have that I don’t care attitude more especially with South Africa’s Luclay.

Around 22:00 hours, almost all the Tailmates had thrown aside their task attires while their colleagues in the heads were all seen in their full kit around the same time. It is from the same Tails house that Big Brother gave warnings to most housemates for going against the Big Brother rules.

Housemates like Nkuli and Karen were warned for switching off their transmitters so that they could have an off air discussion, whatever it was about.

With such attitude growing in the Tails house, one wonders if they would ever make it or put their best to the tasks. One funny thing though is that they would get very serious when it comes to self-given tasks like looking for lost cigarettes, alcohol or gossiping.

It is Thursday and only three days before the live amplified eviction show exclusive to channel 198 on DStv Premium, compact and DStv Mobile.

The drama starts now, get involved and participate by voting to serve your favourite contestants. The least voted-for contestant will face the eviction door of the fully Amplified Big Brother House this Sunday. Is it Kim, Mumba, Nkuli or the self sacrifice Luclay? You have the answer.

But should Luclay survive this elimination, he is likely to grow even more big headed but the good thing is that it is your show and Big Brother has given you liberty and power to chose who you want to see in the house. Get on to your keypads and AMPLIFY YOUR VOTE.
