Luanda — The presiding judge of the Constitutional Court, Rui Ferreira, arrived in Luanda on Monday back from the Republic of Algeria, where he attended the first Constituting Congress of the African Constitutional Courts.
Rui Ferreira, who would not speak to the press, attended the African Congress that went from May 7-8 this year.
The first Constituting Congress had as its stem the establishment of the African Union that enshrines the will of the continental organisation’s heads of state to promote human rights, consolidation of the institutions, democratic culture, good governance and the lawful state.
