Builsa Community Bank Ghana Limited: Credit Officer

• To oversee the activities of the bank’s Credit Portfolio
• To supervise and monitor the activities of the Credit Departments of all the branches
• To ensure effective and efficient management of the bank’s credit portfolio
• To ensure the effective documentation of all credit records
• Preparation and regular submission of Call Reports
• To review credit policy and advise management on inadequacies

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Economics with 2 year working experience in Credit Administration of which 2 years have been in supervisory grade
• HND in Accounting, Management or Marketing with 5 years working experience in Credit Administration of which 2 years have been in supervisory grade
