The 29-year-old who joined Spurs in 2008 insists he wants to commit his future to the club after he expressed his wishes to leave the club several times during the past three seasons. According to News of the World , the Russian player’s agent Oleg Artemov will be travelling to London to negotiate the terms of his contract which is due to end in 2013, with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.

Mase Nana Addo Welbeck joins Brescia’s first team

Ghanaian starlet Welbeck Nana Addo has been promoted to the Brescia first team after showing early signs of maturity at a tender age of 16.
The promising starlet sat on the bench for the relegation-bound Serie A side in their 0-1 defeat at Cesena on Sunday.
Welbeck has been terrific for Brescia’s primavera’s squad this term and could hold down a permanent place in the team’s senior side.
