Lubango — The runner of Interclube, Avelino Dumbo, won on Saturday the national half-marathon in Lubango city in the southern Huíla province and qualified for Macau athletics tournament set for September.
This was said to the press at the end of the event by the secretary general of the Angolan Athletics Federation (FAA, Mota Gomes.
The record achieved by the runner (1hora7min19seg) enabled the athlete to be qualified directly for Macau competition.
