Adel Saeed, the prosecutor's spokesman, said the Interior Ministry, which is organizing the move, made the decision after the medical team in charge of Mubarak submitted a new medical report that determined he would be at risk if he were transferred. Mubarak has been under detention at a hospital in the Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh and Egyptian authorities ordered that he will be transferred to "Tora Prison hospital once it is ready to receive him." Authorities are investigating him for the deaths of hundreds of activists during the recent uprising in Egypt, and he is also being probed for allegations of corruption and misuse of state funds

WARRI- POLICEMEN were deployed at the weekend to Obiaruku in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State following renewed hostilities between war-torn Umuebu and Amai communities.

The reinforcement was to beef up security and contain spread of violence following the alleged kidnap of three persons at the weekend.

Arsonists reportedly set ablaze a petrol station at Obiaruku belonging to wealthy Amai indigene said to have organized the kidnap of the boys.

Delta State police spokesman, Mr.Charles Muka confirmed to Vanguard, Friday, that the police got a report that a petrol station was razed over the purported kidnap of some persons, saying the matter was under investigation.

The long-standing dispute between Umuebu and Amai has defied solution over the years despite the intervention of the state government. The last general election did not hold the two communities due to the crisis.

Several persons, including chiefs  had lost their lives and property worth millions destroyed in the age-long feud between the two communities.
