Jordan Ayew is growing in confidence

Olympique Marseille sporting director Jose Anigo has called on the club to help guide Ghana prodigy Jordan Ayew to the top of his career.

Jordan scored a classic goal last week for the defending Ligue 1 champions in their 3-0 thrashing of Brest at the Stade Velodrome in midweek.

He has also set up goals for his team-mates in the course of the season.

And this makes the Marseille legend feels the 19-year-old must not be rushed but should be protected and allowed to blossom.

“With all the talent and potential that he recognizes it must be protected. This pressure we can put on more experienced players, do not apply to him. Our staff will allow it to flourish, “Anigo said.
