Luanda — Cape Verdean citizens await with expectation the show of Angolan singer Yuri da Cunha, at the 19th edition of the International Gamboa Music Festival, happening on 20-21 May, at Praia City.
The information was sent to ANGOP by Ulisses Correia e Silva, Mayor of Praia District, which is also the capital of Cape Verde, on the fringes of the General Assembly of the Portuguese Speaking Capital Cities Association (Uccla) and the Business Forum on Tourism that started Tuesday.
The Cape Verdean official stressed that Yuri da Cunha is a renowned singer in the Portuguese speaking community, with many fans in Cape Verde, where the admirers are anxiously waiting for the show.
Besides the Angolan artist, the festival will count on the participation of Cape Verdean singers Rabenta, Face a Face, Beto Dias, Cordas do Sol, Susana Lubrano, Zé Espanhol, David Brazão and Gil Semedo, besides Zorro Chang, from the Reunion Island.
