A TOP male celebrity knowingly exposed his sexual partner to herpes, according to US court papers. The A-list star is not named but is said to be worth over £100m and have “substantial fame internationally”.

The victim – not identified as a man or a woman – has launched civil action and is suing for £20m. In the suit it says the celebrity ‘entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires’.
It also claims the high profile star also told the victim they did not have any STDs. It is claimed they then watched porn together before having unprotected sex and having ‘mutual oral copulation… mutual self-gratification and play-wrestling’. American showbusiness website TMZ reported that the entire event was video taped.
