Watford striker Danny Graham could be on his way to Newcastle United, according to skysports.com.

The 25-year-old has finished top goal scorer of the Championship with 24 goals and reached double figures in the last four seasons grabbing 74 goals in the process.

Newcastle are still looking for a replacement for Andy Carroll and Graham could be the man to come in.

The striker has played at Premier League level before with Middlesbrough but after a fairly unsuccessful stint at the Riverside he moved to Carlisle and then to Watford in 2009.

The Englishman has also represented his country at under-20 level and the Toon are not the only club interested in player’s signature, with newly promoted Queens Park Rangers also monitoring the striker’s situation.
