“Mills’ Ministers Secretly Support Nana Konadu”

Spokesperson for Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, Kofi Adams has indicated that some ministers in President Atta Mills’ administration have declared their support for Nana Konadu but in secret.

Mr. Adams refused to name who those ministers are but revealed that it was the call of those ministers that made the former First Lady decide to contest President Mills.According to him, the campaign of President Mills does not put any fear in the Nana Konadu camp because they also enjoy massive support from the party.

He told Adom Fm on Monday that the fact that other members of the party have publicly declared their support for President Mills does not mean that Nana Konadu’s camp does not have followers.

He said he knows as a matter of fact that there are people who have vowed their support for Nana Konadu in the dark.Mr. Adams was however tightlipped about the itinerary of Nana Konadu since her campaign was launched last week.

He disclosed that they have hit the ground running with their campaign at the national, regional and district levels. “Mrs. Rawlings is garnering support from the grassroots.” He added.
