TEAM NEWS: Liverpool starting XI unchanged against Fulham with Andy Carroll left out of squad

Liverpool striker Andy Carroll has been left out of the Reds squad for their match against Fulham after he was not deemed fit enough to be involved.

Carroll was only named on the bench against Newcastle but his fitness has clearly concerned manager Kenny Dalglish who has left the England striker out.

Dalglish named an unchanged side from the one that beat the Magpies with Danny Wilson and Christian Poulsen replacing David Ngog and Carroll on the bench.

After their emphatic victory over Sunderland, Fulham manager Mark Hughes makes three changes to his side with Brede Hangeland, Clint Dempsey and Moussa Dembele returning to the starting line-up in place of Philippe Senderos, Gael Kakuta and Bobby Zamora, who all drop to the bench.

Fulham starting XI: Schwarzer; Baird, Hughes, Hangeland, Salcido; Davies, Murphy, Sidwell, Dempsey; Gudjohnsen, Dembele.

Subs: Stockdale, Senderos, Greening, Etuhu, A.Johnson, Kakuta, Zamora.

Liverpool starting XI: Reina; Flanagan, Carragher, Skrtel, G.Johnson; Spearing, Lucas, Meireles; Kuyt, Suarez, Maxi.

Subs: Gulacsi, Kyrgiakos, Wilson, Cole, Shelvey, Poulsen, Robinson.
