Contactmusic : Pete Doherty is launching his own clothing collection with French label The Kooples.
The former boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss is collaborating with French label The Kooples on a line for men and women which is set to include blazers, coats and t-shirts featuring sketches and paintings all inspired by doomed Byronic heroes created by the singer.
This is not the first time the Libertines rocker has branched out into design, in 2007 he designed a collection of T-shirts with British label Gio-Gio and last year he developed a 15-piece line of rings, chains, cufflinks and pins as part of a collaboration with former Cartier designer Hannah Martin.
