Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero has admitted that he intends to remain with the club until his contract expires in 2014.
The Argentine, who recently signed a new deal with the La Liga outfit, has reportedly been attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United although insists he wants to stay put in Spain for the time being.
“On the day I wish to leave I will tell the directors and go, although I am not thinking about that now. I have renewed my contract until 2014 and I will stay put until then,” he told Marca.
Aguero also revealed his desire to return to Argentina in the future as he wishes to end his career with his first club, Independiente.
“I would like to finish my career in Argentina and more precisely at Independiente, because I am a huge fan and because I left there at a very young age,” he concluded.
