COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP)—Brian Nielsen showed more than his muscles at the official weigh-in with Evander Holyfield.
The Danish fighter pulled down his shorts Friday, exposing his bare backside to the audience before getting on the scale. He says a member of the crowd had shouted he wanted “to see my white backside.”
Nielsen, who is known for his clowning stunts, says, “I gave it to them. It needn’t be boring.”
Nielsen is scheduled to fight Holyfield on Saturday in a non-title bout in Copenhagen.
Holyfield came in at 225 pounds, while Nielsen—with his shorts back on— weighed in at 238 pounds.
