Luanda — The Bank Millennium Angola was elected this month by British magazine “World Finance” the best banking group operating in Angola due to continuous investments in innovation and diversification of the range of financial products and services.
According to a press release that reached Angop, on Tuesday, the strengthening of market position, commercial network expansion, growth, efficiency and robustness of results also competed for the award.
The document states that the “World Finance Banking Awards” annually distinguishes the banks with the best performance by a panel of experts of financial district and the institution receive for the first time this award.
With the distinction of “Best Banking Group in 2011in Angola”, the bank brings to five the number of trophies won, with emphasis on the prize for best “Bank of the Year 2010” in the election, The Banker Magazine.
In 2010, was awarded “Best Foreign Bank in Angola by Emeafinance Magazine, which in 2009 also assigned to this institution the award for” Most Innovative Bank”.
In 2009, Bank Millennium Angola, which in April reached 100,000 clients, received from the magazine Super Brands the award of the “Brand of Excellence.”
