Arsenal will look to sell Andrey Arshavin in the summer after manager Arsene Wenger lost patience with the Russian's poor form, Goal.com can reveal. The Gunners have started the process of identifying replacements for the Russian attacker, with Barcelona star Bojan Krkic and Shakhtar Donetsk forward Willian being considered as potential targets.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is believed to be willing to spend £80 (€90) million in the upcoming transfer window to further strengthen the squad.

The Blues already spent £50 (€56) million on Fernando Torres and a reported £22m (€24.5m) on David Luiz in January, but now the Russian is thought to be ready to spend more to ensure that the club play a brand of entertaining football.

And The Sun claims that the west London outfit’s targets include players such as Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale and Ajax full-back Gregory van der Wiel.

Despite Chelsea’s mid-season slump in form, a win against table-toppers Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday will move the club back to top spot and put them in pole position to retain the Premier League.
