Shabelle Media Network (Mogadishu) 23 April 2011 Mogadishu — Al shabaab fighters in Mogadishu's Howlwadag district on Saturday afternoon shot and killed at least two young boys. It is still unknown why the fighters slain the two young people. But, a witness told Shabelle Media Network that they captured the boys and tied their hands at the back before the shooting.

Kottonmouth Kings frontman Daddy X is recovering from emergency surgery after he was stabbed in the neck.

According to Tmz.com, the rocker underwent an operation to repair the damage from a knife wound.

Although it is not yet known how the incident occurred, the website shows a picture of a sedated-looking Daddy X – real name Brad Xavier – in a surgery gown and attached to an intravenous drip

In a posted message to fans, he writes, “Surgery went well… no major arteries… thanks for the love and concern… got some pain meds (medications) and in recovery!!”
