LAGOS — The All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, candidate in the last governorship election in Lagos State, Dr. Adegboyega Dominic, has congratulated the re-elected Governor Babatunde Fashola of the state on his victory at the election.

The APGA governorship candidate, in a congratulatory message, said, “I congratulate you, Governor  Fashola  on your victory at the April  gubernatorial election. My entire campaign team and I wish you all the best in the next dispensation.”

Dominic, whose party was adopted by 26 political parties in Lagos State under the aegis of Coalition of Lagos State Opposition Political Parties, COLASOPP, to contest the just conclude gubernatorial election, said, “I pray that the almost absolute peace which God gave us throughout the period of the election shall continue to reign in Lagos State in and out of election period.”

He also commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for a job well done, saying that though the elections were not without its flaws but overall, it was commendable.
