Khartoum — Minister of Culture, Al Samwal Khalaf Allah said Sudan is concerned with maintaining firm ties with Spain. The Minister made the remark in a meeting with the Spanish ambassador, Maria Teresa who affirmed that good ties are linking the two countries.

Ministry of Culture is embarking on organizing Khartoum International Music Festival in which Spain, Britain and Germany are expected to take part, he said. Spain is concerned and supports cultural activities , so it is embarking to opening a cultural centre in Khartoum to teach Spanish, said the ambassador.
