Luanda — Angolan international referee, Hélder Martins, has been appointed by the International Football Federation (FIFA) to officiate in the under-17 World Cup set for June 8 to July 18 this year in Mexico.
The information was released Friday to Angop by the chairman of the Angolan Football Referees Central Council (CCAFA), Jorge Mário Fernandes.
He recalled that Hélder Martins has been to several international competitions, with stress to the African Cup of Nations (CAN2010), held in Angola, and (CHAN 2011), in Sudan.
