Worcester edged past a spirited Bedford at Sixways to book a place in the final of the Championship play-offs.
Four James Pritchard penalties and an Edd Thrower try put Bedford 19-3 ahead after 25 minutes.
A touchdown from Andy Goode started Worcester’s comeback as the home side’s powerful pack gained the upper hand.
But the Warriors left it late to take the lead, Kai Horstmann pushing his way over for the crucial try, converted by replacement Joe Carlisle.
