PRESIDENT Rupiah Banda has appointed Lusaka District Commissioner, Christa Kalulu to the position of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Housing.
Special assistant to the president for Press and public relations, Dickson Jere said in a Press statement yesterday that the appointment was with immediate effect.
The president has further transferred Local Government and Housing Permanent Secretary, Timothy Hakuyu to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in the same capacity.
