The Ghana captain is planning a massive family reunion as the season in England gets exciting with matches remaining.
The family members travelled from their home country Ghana and they will get the opportunity to see their grandchildren too as well.
Mensah has made a speedy recovery from injury and could be available for their game against Fulham on Saturday.
The Ghana captain insists the arrival of his family members in the England to watch his match is a huge motivation.
“It is a source of motivation to me when you are being watched by your wife, kids, mother and parents-in-law,” Mensah said on his official website.
“I pray that with this motivation the Lord will help the team keep a clean sheet,” the devout Christian said.
Sunderland ended their ten week winless streak when they fought gallantly to beat Wigan 4-2 in last weekend. T
