Sunderland Kid Wants Asamoah Gyan’s Help To Score Goals

Up and coming Sunderland midfielder Jordan Henderson believes Ghanaian striker Asamoah Gyan can help him propel himself to the top at the Stadium of Light.

Henderson scored for the Black Cats in Saturday’s 4-2 Wigan Athletics after receiving an assist from Sulley Muntari in the 66th minute.

And the promising English midfielder says the club’s top scorer, Gyan, can help him get more goals for the club.

“It has been a weakness in my game and I will be looking to help out with Gyan, Welbeck and Campbell all out for the rest of the season,” Henderson said.

Gyan ended his six-match goal drought in the game with a glorious header that levelled the scoring.
