The real estate market is soaring in Togo. In the beautiful neighborhoods of Lomé, some villas are being negotiated at several hundred million CFA. Political stability and economic recovery partly explain this phenomenon.

The price does not seem to frighten the buyers and bringing happy days to the developers.

New programs are regularly deployed in the capital and nearby areas.

Latest being, a Sicah Investment offering at Agbodrafo, near Hotel du Lac, 9 types of stylish villas, Miami style (with pool, of course!) Ranging from 130 to 200 m2. Starting price for the least expensive, 85 million CFA francs.
