Webb joined Leeds Rhinos from the New Zealand Warriors
Leeds full-back Brent Webb and Crusaders prop Richard Moore have both been charged with punching by the Rugby Football League.
The Grade A charges relate to an incident in the 10th minute of Monday’s game at Headingley, which the Rhinos won 34-16.
Both men will now appear in fron of the RFL Disciplinary Committee on Monday.
Webb was also issued with a caution for a high tackle on Bradford’s Olivier Elima in Leeds’ 30-22 win on Friday.
