Luanda — A 33-year old citizen was killed on Monday by an electrical discharge in Cubal district in the central Benguela province.
This was said to Angop on Tuesday by the spokesman of the National Civil Protection and Fire Services (SNPCB), Faustino Sebastião.
According to him, the victim, who suffered a third degree burning, was hit by a ray when she was under a tree protecting herself from the rain.
