Khartoum — Minister of State in the Foreign Ministry, Kamal Hassan Ali , met here on Monday with Egyptian Deputy Charge d’ Affaires, Osama SheltutThe two officials reviewed joint ties and the final measures to transport 5,000 heads of cattle to Egyptian, token gift to the people extended by President Omar Al Bashir. The Egyptian diplomat has conveyed a verbal message from Egyptian Foreign Minister to his Sudanese counterpart. The message stressed that Egypt was keen on supporting Sudan against the International Criminal Court , enhancing peace efforts in Sudan and maintaining peace and stability in Sudan via future mechanism drawing Egypt.

Discussing the future of Arab League with Egyptian diplomat, the State Minister has expressed Sudan’s stand on the nomination of Dr Mustafa Al Faqi, saying Sudan has some reservations on this nominee as the man has come out openly to make adverse statements against the SudanHe applauded the Sudanese-Egyptian historical ties and the joint political will for further boosting and achievement of the two peoples’ aspirations.
