23 April 2011 Luanda — The minister of State and Head of the Civil Office of the President, Carlos Feijó, has revealed that during the first quarter of this year, the Commerce Ministry focussed on the creation of material conditions for the launching of a new model of internal and external trade, in Angola. Speaking during the presentation of the balance of activities of the Angolan executive in the first quarter of 2011, the government official explained that the new model means a better supervision of the country's external commercial activity, as well as a better record of imports and exports which enables the authorities to have an exact knowledge about the level of the economy and its trade relations with the exterior

Hull KR twice surrendered a 12-point lead but still managed to stretch Harlequins’ winless run to seven games.

Rovers led through tries from Jake Webster and Louis Sheriff, with Oliver Wilkes and Luke Gale levelling.

Michael Dobson and Ben Galea restored the home lead by half-time, only for Luke Dorn and Lee Mitchell to again redress the balance.

Scott Murrell put Rovers back in front, with Dobson’s drop-goal and Ben Fisher’s late score sealing the win.
