Cairo (CNN) — Egyptian authorities have ordered former President Hosni Mubarak be transferred to a military hospital in Cairo, a spokesman for the prosecutor general said Sunday.
There is no specific date for the move because authorities are waiting for the Interior Ministry to arrange the security measures for the transfer, spokesman Adel Saeed said.
“He will be transferred to Tora Prison hospital once it is ready to receive him,” the spokesman said.
