[unable to retrieve full-text content]I have been witnessing the madness going on around the country in the last few weeks, and for a moment ran short of words. I can’t stop wondering how cruel human beings can be! Article 1 of the Uganda Constitution states that all power belongs to the people, but this all seems a fallacy to me because in recent days, we have witnessed that the people are practically powerless; they are bundled onto police trucks like sacks of posho, beaten like cows and teargassed like mosquitoes. Can we have some order in the Ugandan house!
