London Irish have made two changes to the side that beat Sale last weekend as they bid to boost their play-off hopes.

Club captain Clarke Dermody returns to the front row and South African Faan Rautenbach starts at loosehead prop, while Max Lahiff comes onto the bench.

Northampton recall England quartet Ben Foden, Chris Ashton, Dylan Hartley and Courtney Lawes after they were left out of the starting XV at Gloucester.

Stephen Myler is also back at fly-half for the fourth-placed Saints.

London Irish head coach Toby Booth told BBC Berkshire:
“The support has been fantastic as it always it from the fans.

“They’ve been very vocal – more so over the past couple of months when we’ve been winning again.

“This is a chance for players to sign off and to thank them for their hard support because they’re ultimately what we do it for, as well as the achievement for ourselves.

“We always like to sign off with a win, so let’s hope that’s the case.”
