New York Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni yells to a referee as Knicks guard Landry Fields (6) stands nearby during the first half against the Boston Celtics in Game 2 of a first-round NBA basketball playoff series, in Boston on Tuesday, April 19, 2011.

Amare Stoudemire is in the starting lineup for the New York Knicks, but Chauncey Billups will miss Game 3 of the first-round playoff series with a knee injury. Stoudemire took part in the Knicks’ morning shootaround Friday, then received further treatment later in the day after he was forced to miss the second half of Boston’s Game 2 victory because of back spasms.
