Tagoe’s Scoring Form Earns Stephen Appiah Praise

Prince Tagoe has been praised by Stephen Appiah for his scoring form

Ex-international Stephen Appiah is the latest to pat striker Prince Tagoe for his scoring form at Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade.

Tagoe will lead Ghana’s attack for the qualifier against Congo on Sunday after scoring four goals in five competitive matches.

Appiah, in the books of Italian Serie A side Cesena, believes Ghana can rely on Tagoe in the absence of Sunderland ace Asamoah Gyan who is suspended for the tie.

“Asamoah is not going to play and Prince is there but the most important thing is that they have to give him the support and keep encouraging him because the two players have different style of play. And recently Prince is doing very well with his team Partizan, so I think that now he is eager to do something so I hope that he is going to deliver.”
