Davinia Taylor admits she no longer talks to Kate Moss

Over the past decades, Davinia Taylor was a regular in the tabloids due to her hard-partying with celebrity friends Kate Moss and Sadie Frost.

But after conquering her alcoholism, being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and her high-profile divorce from ex-husband David Gardner, the former actress has completely made over her life.

Now six months pregnant with her second child, the 33-year-old admits she’s cut ties with all her friends from the infamous Primrose Hill set.

Taylor was so close with Moss, the supermodel and her daughter Lila Grace even lived with the socialite at her North London home in 2008.

However, the only celebrity pal she is still in contact with now is ex-Atomic Kitten singer Jenny Frost, who was bridesmaid at her 2003 wedding and moved to Manchester last year.

Following her divorce from football agent Gardner last year on the grounds of her ‘unreasonable behaviour’, he was unusually granted custody of their son Grey, three, with Taylor given visitation rights.

While Gardner – who is David Beckham’s best friend – is still in contact
with Moss, now-sober Taylor was advised to remove her party-loving
acquaintances if she wanted to stay clean.

She tells the new issue of Closer magazine: ‘I’m not in touch with any of my old friends apart from Jenny Frost.

‘It
was really hard cutting them off because they were my family for about
15 years. But I knew it was an absolute necessity.

‘Alcoholism is a
complicated disease and you never know when you’ll be tempted to pick up
another drink.’

Taylor is now pregnant with her second child and cites an anonymous ‘old friend’ as the father, who she is not in a relationship with.

As well as being part-time mother to Grey and the upcoming birth, the former Hollyoaks actress is focused on her new business, a new London hair salon called Taylor Made.

She said: ‘I’ve been completely sober for over a year. I just want to focus on the positive things in my life.

‘I’ve been taking medication throughout this pregnancy to keep calm. I
really believe in that and meditating. I feel like I’ve put my demons
behind me.

‘I’m still in touch with Dave and I see my son regularly.
We’re a happy, dysfunctional family.’
