The 36-year-old has revealed the players are keen on playing as a united group, not thinking about personally excelling on the pitch.
“We will begin training once again on Tuesday afternoon at Vinovo before our next home match against Brescia on Sunday,” Pinturrichio told the club’s official website. “We arrive at this situation after a draw against Cesena, as the result does not satisfy us.
“Everyone is thinking about working together, and not about playing well individually. This also applies to me and being used as a substitute.”
Del Piero knows he may not be an automatic selection for the Bianconeri, but has faith in coach Luigi Del Neri’s tactical choices.
“The coach knows I am available to the squad, and whatever decision he makes in regards to me can be made calmly,” he added. “I will continue to give my best whenever I am called up.”
The Turin giants sit in seventh position on 42 points.
