Energetic Ghanaian producer and gospel artiste Nana Osei popularly known in entertainment circles as Nacy says he expects to be victorious in this year’s Ghana Music Awards when the plaques are handed out on April 9.
Nacy, who is also the leader of the gospel group No Tribe, who are currently the hottest gospel band in the country now, says he is optimistic about coming out tops in all the categories he and his band have nominated in.
No Tribe is nominated for Artiste of the Year, Gospel Song of the Year, Most Popular Song of the Year, Gospel Artiste of the Year, Album of the Year while Nacy is nominated for Best Male Vocal Performance of the Year.
Speaking to Adom Entertainment News, Nacy said 2011 is a blessed year for the group and he believes that good things will happen to them.
He also called on Ghanaians to for the first time, appreciate gospel artistes to motivate upcoming gospel singers and appealed to the general public to vote massively for No Tribe group and other gospel artistes who have been nominated to bring more life into the industry.
