Recently out of rehab, David Arquette wasn’t taking any chances. The actor, 39, was sent to the hospital after he was hurt in a car accident Friday, then later Tweeted, “Refused all pain medication – may the record state – still sober!”
Arquette, whose vehicle reportedly collided head-on with another car on a Beverly Hills street, adds, “It was a miracle the woman I hit was uninjured – Thank God.”
He says he was on his way to the airport to travel to Las Vegas to help a friend open his restaurant, The Sugar Factory, when the accident occurred.
