Misimovic has ended a short and disappointing spell in Turkey after joining Gala in August of last year and has now signed a contract with ‘The Police’ in the Russian capital until July 2014.
The 28-year-old Bosnian midfielder will join up with his new team-mates at their pre-season camp and the former Wolfsburg man explained that Kevin Kuranyi played a part in his move to Moscow.
“I have signed an agreement until July 31, 2014. I have heard the number 8 is free and I am so happy to take it for myself,” Misimovic was quoted by Sovsport.ru.
“Kuranyi heaped praise on the team, everything related to Dynamo he said was super. I know the club has a great tradition and the Russian league has many top level players joining quickly. I am at my peak and I hope I can all the club to achieve their goals.”
The official announcement on the Galatasaray website thanked Misimovic and wished him luck in his career.
