She rises at three o’clock most mornings for her role as co-host of breakfast show Daybreak.
So filming an episode of Celebrity Juice yesterday evening was something of a late night for the TV presenter.
But her fellow ITV employees ensured Christine didn’t oversleep today, by presenting her with a potato clock to take home.
Rise and shine: Christine Bleakley gets the giggles as she leaves the ITV studios last night after a taping of Celebrity Juice clutching a ‘potato clock’
The 32-year-old tried to keep a straight face as she left the
Riverside studios with Frank Lampard by her side after a taping of the
ITV2 show.
Â
The couple giggled as they examined the ‘potato clock’ in the back of their car as they sped off.
She may not want to throw out her regular alarm clock just yet, as her spud doesn’t appear to function without the traditional second potato, nails and copper wire,
She joined host Leigh Francis and team leaders Fearne
Cotton and Holly Willoughby for the episode, which also featured Olly
Murs and Adam Garcia.
Number one fan: After she cheered him on from the stands the day before, Frank was there to support Christine

Christine wore a cream coat and leopard print scarf with a red top, skinny jeans and tan patent heels.
Frank, 32, who was there to show his support for his girlfriend, wore jeans, trainers and a blue shirt.
It was Frank’s turn to cheer Christine on, after she sat in the
stands to watch his team Chelsea defeat Manchester United on Tuesday
evening.Â
Frank recently gushed about his girlfriend’s work ethic, telling the
Sun: ‘Christine is very hard-working and we are very similar in our
mindsets, liking to work hard. We are our own biggest critics.’
Fighting fit: Pregnant Holly Willoughby appears recovered from her health scare over the weekend
In what appears to be thinly-veiled dig at the notorious WAG culture, Lampard told the paper this month: ‘Certain people can expect things to come to them and have an easy ride in life, but Christine does not. She has worked since she was 15 or 16.
‘She has worked hard to get where she is. To see someone working hard at what they do and getting the benefits is very impressive.’
The midfielder, who has been dating the Daybreak host for 18 months, adds: ‘I have got nothing but admiration for the way Christine has kept her head down at her new show. She is one of the hardest-working people I know.’
Working overtime: Fearne Cotton filmed two episodes yesterday, with Kimberly Wyatt appearing on one show
Holly Willoughby looked thrilled to be back at work, after she missed
Dancing With The Stars and two episodes of This Morning this week after
a hospital dash over the weekend.
She told her co-host Phillip Schofield this week: ‘I just felt really
unwell on Saturday so I went to the hospital to have some checks done
and I’d managed to make myself quite anaemic I think… and I think the
headaches were because of that.
‘They gave me things to take which have eased the pain a bit but also
made me quite sleepy, so it was just one of those things really and
another thing that comes with being pregnant.’
All star: Antony Cotton and Olly Murs were all smiles as he left Riverside studios
But she was fighting fit again yesterday, to tape her first episode
back on This Morning followed by back to back episodes of Celebrity
Juice.
The second show will feature Antony Cotton, Zoe Ball and Kimberley Wyatt, who were all spotted leaving the studios.
