Charlie Sheen has taken to his twitter account to claim he and estranged wife Brooke Mueller have reached a verbal agreement in their custody battle over their 23-month-old twins Bob and Max.
Charlie Sheen claims he has reached an agreement with Brooke Mueller over their custody battle.
The estranged couple – who were thought to be fighting each other for access to their 23-month-old twins Bob and Max – have reportedly reached a “verbal” agreement which will allow them to avoid a court appearance next Monday (07.03.11).
Writing on his twitter account, Charlie said: “not sure what all the legal noise is about… just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay.yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish…. odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha’! (sic)”
Earlier this week Brooke – Charlie’s third wife, who split from him at the end of 2009 following a domestic incident – submitted a declaration to Los Angeles Superior Court claiming the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star took their sons from her home without permission on February 26.
Judge Hank M. Goldberg stripped Charlie of his custody rights and imposed a separate restraining order which doesn’t allow him to communicate with Brooke – who herself is in day treatment for substance abuse problems – or be allowed within 100 yards of her or his sons.
Police arrived at Charlie’s Beverly Hills home to remove the boys on Tuesday night (01.02.11).
