YFM’s Trigmatic ticked to sweep 7 GMA Awards


    Sensational young Artiste, Enock Oduro-Agyei popularly known as Trigmatic has emerged as the topmost nominee together with Cecelia Marfo, one of Ghana’s Gospel Music diva in the recently announced Ghana Music Awards (GMA) categories by Charter House Ghana. The Y FM Campus Express presenter has been named in seven different categories; the highest so far in this year’s edition.

    Trigmatic is ticked to win awards in seven categories including; Hiplife/hip hop artiste of the year, Discovery of the year, Best Rapper of the year, Record of the year, Song writer of the year, Album of the year and Hip hop song of the year.

    Being his maiden appearance in the nominations of the Ghana Music Awards, the talented musician loved by Ghanaians for his voice and referred to by many as ‘artiste of the moment’ hopes to sweep all the awards in the seven categories.

    Trigmatic who is also noted for his freestyle performances has an album to his credit – Permanent Stain which was released last year. The album contains tracks such as My Life and the recently released single ‘Me fri Ghana’. He has since has caught the attention of Ghanaians and the world at large with his great and inspirational voice and rapping style. His record label is Gap Management.

    Campus Express airs on Y FM on Saturday’s from 3pm to 5pm.

    This year’s Ghana Music Awards Ceremony which is slated for the 9th of April will be held at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre. The event will be preceded by the Ghana Music Awards Dialogue and the Ghana Music Awards Nominees party.
